No matter if he’s playing at Carnegie Hall or busking incognito at a busy subway station, Joshua Bell has an extraordinary connection with people through music. A musical giant of our time, Joshua Bell will play a seventh recital for the Harriman-Jewell Series. The violinist's stunning virtuosity, beautiful tone, and charismatic stage presence have brought him universal acclaim. Alessio Bax is a pianist of authority, elegance, and intensity, praised for his lyrical performances and compelling, insightful interpretations. Bax is a First Prize winner at the Leeds International Piano Competition, the recipient of an Avery Fisher Career Grant, and Lincoln Center’s Martin E. Segal Award. Bax has appeared as soloist with more than 100 orchestras and played in recital with Joshua Bell for the Series in 2017 and a solo Series Discovery Concert in 2010. Bax is a Steinway artist and lives in New York City with his wife, pianist Lucille Chung, and their young daughter.

Garage parking passes and valet parking passes are available in advance for most events. Please note that if the garage is full patrons without a pre-paid pass will not be able to park in the Arts District Garage.
