The Heart of America Youth Ballet (HAYB), located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, will perform full-length productions of The Nutcracker ballet December 18 and 19 at Raytown High School. The shows include six performances over two days.The Nutcracker is a famous holiday performance since it’s told during Christmastime. The two-act ballet includes eight scenes and over 100 HAYB trained dancers of all ages. Favorite scenes include a Christmas party, a Nightmare Scene and a journey through the Kingdom of the Sweets.
