Lenexa artist, Catherine Kirkland has
created a collection of hard-edge abstract paintings in a modified Zorn palette, and would like to share insights and discoveries that she learned in creating these works. Catherine will bring examples of these paintings and provide information about the painter who is responsible for developing the palette. In this workshop, attendees will stretch painting skills through abstract exercises, both in sketches and painting, and will expand color mixing skills through the use of this limited set of primaries.
