Book of Kells

Book of Kells

Presented by The Culture House at The Folly Theater

You may know the Book of Kells, but what is less known is the incredible story of its creation, capture and the lives lost over its glory. The story of the monks and artists who spent hundreds of years creating this master piece, then risking everything to protect it, is a compelling story that needs to be known. For they risked their lives to save a book and a message that would save the world.

Join Störling Dance Theater for this special world premiere. Störling Dance Theater’s repertoire includes The Prodigal Daughter (chosen as one of the Top 15 performances of 2000 by the K.C. Star) and Underground (Top 10 of the Decade, by Paul Horsly (KC Star & The Independent).

Always inspiring. Always powerful.
