The women of Black Space Black Art (BSBA) have been a consistent force in the Renaissance of African American visual arts to the Kansas City area community all while being mothers. While motherhood is a challenge, African American motherhood is a different beast! Join us for a panel discussion mediated by African American mother and scholar Marlee Bunch. Sept 1st, 6:00-7:30pm at the Natasha Ria Art Gallery, 1014 W 39th St KCMO, within the Center for Spiritual Living. This is a free event, all are welcome to attend.
