Several of the artists featured in Found in Translation: Explorations by 8 Contemporary Artists translated memories into art. This panel includes exhibition artists Shreepad Joglekar, Hyeyoung Shin, and Hong Chun Zhang, along with antique Chinese textile and accessories collector Joy Ruan. Listen as they share stories about how memory shapes their practice as artist and collector. Moderator: Jan Kennedy, Associate Professor, Kansas City Art Institute, Program Head of the Art History and Asian Studies Programs.
