Chuck Brodsky is one of the most respected singer-songwriters touring on the national folk/Americana circuit, known for the vivid stories he tells through his songs.
The Green Guitar Folk House is a monthly music series featuring nationally touring singer-songwriters. The genres include folk, roots, Americana, country, bluegrass, and jazz. Local and regional musicians open the shows. The series is all volunteer run, and is sponsored by Shawnee Mission Unitarian Universalist Church. The music events are open to the public, and are strictly music, not church.
Suggested donations are $15 for adults with a reservation, or $17 without a reservation. Kids through 8th grade are free. Students are $3. All donations are paid at the door. Cash, checks, and cards are accepted.
