Please join us for “A Legacy of the Midwest” the JR Hamil Collection presented at Lexitas KC, First Friday Gallery Reception, Friday, February 3, 2023, 5pm-8pm, 1608 Locust, KCMO.  This showing is Only during the month of February, so you don’t want to miss it. For decades, Kansas City artist J.R. Hamil created watercolors of prairie landscapes and regional landmarks, like the Country Club Plaza. And his work can be found in numerous publications, offices, and homes throughout the US.  Over 30 of these original studio works will be on display and for sale during the reception. It is our honor to showcase his work on behalf of his son, artist, Alex Hamil.
