Omega Retrospective | April and May 2023 | ARTSKC Gallery | modern and abstract art that explores the expression and experience of neurodivergent individuals
A collage of brutal, industrial sound, layered over the deep pop visuals of street art, portraiture, and landscape … Case Trick presents dark, introspective sounds, and by pairing them with this visual component, one can begin to get a grander picture as to whence the pair’s work comes. ~Nick Spacek, The Pitch Continuing the frequency exploration of the musique concrète from the 1950’s, particularly Karlheinz Stockhausen\'s Gesang der Jünglinge, and the work of Philip Glass, Kristina Kubsich, Carla Scaletti, and Brian Eno. CaseTrick is a collaboration between two artists, CR (Reid) and Z (Patrick Disanto). Together, they create modern and abstract art that explores the expression and experience of neurodivergent individuals. Their multi-disciplinary work challenges societal attitudes and invites viewers to reflect on their own experiences of neurological difference. ~Zetta Hamersley, ArtsKC
