Music Director William O. Baker conducts the 130-voice Summer Singers of Kansas City & Orchestra in Franz Joseph Haydn's The Creation.  Performed in English according to a translation by Robert Shaw.  Distinguished soloists are Victoria Botero, Zachary Devin and Joshua Markley.  One performance only in the nave of Grace & Holy Trinity Cathedral, 415 West 13th Street, Kansas City, MO.  This is the 24th annual performance of the Summer Singers of Kansas City.

Haydn's "The Creation" is considered, along with Handel's "Messiah" and Mendelssohn's "Elijah" to be one of the three most beloved oratorios in music history.
