What the Constitution Means to Me

What the Constitution Means to Me

Presented by Kansas City Repertory Theatre at Copaken Stage

Unleash your mind and ignite powerful conversations on democracy, equality, and justice! This coming-of-age story features an interactive, onstage debate. WHAT THE CONSTITUTION MEANS TO ME will both charm and inspire you!

Fifteen-year-old Heidi earned her college tuition by winning Constitutional debate competitions across the United States. In this hilarious, hopeful, and achingly human new play, she resurrects her teenage self to trace the profound relationship between four generations of women and the founding document that shaped their lives.
