4th Annual Art Show benefiting Mission Project 2. Works for sale by local artists.
The Art Show will feature works for sale from a number of local artists, as well as showcasing those created by artists with developmental or cognitive disabilities who participate in the Mission Project 2 program. This eclectic show will include paintings, photography, ceramics and other media, and the artists are generously donating all or a portion of their sales to the MP2 Arts Enrichment Program.
The MP2 Arts Enrichment Program enables participants to express themselves in a variety of arts media and to exhibit their work in the greater Kansas City arts community. The annual art shows serve as catalysts to build appreciation for this diverse population within the greater Kansas City community, through exposure to their insights, personalities, and points of view as displayed in their artwork.
