The rhythmic and lyrical melodies of Jennifer Higdon and Michael Daugherty are showcased by the colors of various strings and winds. These works are paired with György Kurtàg's Bagatelles and Helmut Hachenmann's deconstructed song cycle, Got Lost. 

Works include Jennifer Higdon's, "Southern Harmony" for string quartet, Michael Daugherty's "I Love Lucy" for Flute and Guitar, "Bagatelles" for flute, piano, and double bass by György Kurtàg's and "Got Lost" featuring vocalist Liz Pearse and pianist Stacey Barrelos.
