In the first production of the 2017-18 season, the Rockhurst theater group will perform John Cariani’s “Almost, Maine”, directed by Matthew Schmidli.
A story of love, heartbreak, and rekindling romance, the play will be thematically linked to the others performed throughout the year through the weight of emotions.
Performances begin at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Oct. 12, 13 and 14, and at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, in the Mabee Theater, Sedgwick Hall. Tickets, sold at the door, are $10, $5 for students and senior citizens.
