In this free Discovery Concert, Xavier Foley will demonstrate the beauty and power of the double bass.
Discovery Concerts not only provide an opportunity to discover artists but, sometimes, instruments. It's not often that the rich sound of the double bass is featured in recital, but Xavier Foley (a member of the recently presented Sphinx Virtuosi) will demonstrate the beauty and power of the deep-timbered giant.

The Folly Theater

There is a parking garage next to the theater that is not owned by the theater. Parking is generally $10 for Folly patrons, although on evenings with large, downtown Kansas City events, parking could be up to $15.
