Kansas City metro area museums are uniting during this historic moment with the support of the Heartland Learning Collaborative for a virtual museum day on May 29. Virtual Museum Day: This is our Story KC will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the event’s Youtube channel. Institutions across the Kansas City metropolitan area will be premiering videos and live streams for the teachers, families and audiences that museum educators miss seeing in person. After the event, resources will be available for sharing, and learning extensions will be available on the Explorable Places website.
