Every act of creation is sacred. The arts allow us to express, consciously and unconsciously, what we cannot find the words to say. Whether it is self discovery, play, engaged creative mindfulness or spiritual exploration and expansion, we are here to support you on the journey.

We help you explore using mindfulness and contemplative practices through exploring and tapping into your intuitive, inner artist.  The emphasis isn’t on formal instruction, but on allowing, experiencing, noticing, connection and developing an open channel within for a stream of consciousness, intuitive experience through mindfulness, meditation and contemplative practice.  It’s process not product oriented.  We break the rules and let the soul sing and your inner child or Wild Woman/Man, play and reflect in contemplation.

Our founder, Jessica Waters, PhD, is a registered psychotherapist, addiction counselor, expressive arts therapist and facilitator as well as an artist and composer.  Her Anishinaabe/European heritage, study with elders of various tribes, Shamanic studies and studies in Animism with Dr. Daniel F0or as well as studies and mentoring in the Latin American Traditional Medicine practice of Curanderismo, provides a unique experience that integrates mind, body and spirit with contemporary mindfulness, Visio and Lectio Divina, energy work, spiritualism, Jungian concepts, intuition development and stream of consciousness in flow state creation.  The practices are both esoteric, connective, unique and therapeutic.

All services are currently virtual due to the pandemic, however trainings and workshops can be done via Zoom or in collaboration with Jessica in a COVID safe environment.  We offer online, self paced art workshops and Mindful Meditative Art Facilitator Training as well as other retreats and opportunities.

Once the bills are paid, we create warm kits and hygiene kits for Family Promise of the Northland and Kansas City’s street people.  We are dedicated to spreading the experience of using art to heal, grow and develop the self.
