Event Eligibility

Thanks for your interest in submitting an event on ArtsKCGo.com! Please read our guidelines for Events, Organizations and Venues.

Each submitted event is reviewed for approval by an ArtsKC staff member before publishing. Event listings are typically reviewed for approval within 5 business days*. We recommend that you submit your event listing at least two to four weeks prior to the event’s start date for optimal promotion.

*10 business days during holiday season (October-December)

IMPORTANT: Please use the Find An Event search function to ensure there is not already a listing for your event. Duplicate listings will be rejected. To inquire about the management of an existing event, please contact us at go@artskc.org.
