Lyric Opera of Kansas City

The Lyric Opera Richard J. Stern Center, which includes the Beth Ingram Administration Building and the Michael & Ginger Frost Production Arts Building, became the permanent home of Lyric Opera of Kansas City on July 5, 2012. The Opera Center accommodates the full range of LOKC’s production and administrative needs, and anchors the revitalization of the East Crossroads neighborhood of downtown Kansas City, Missouri.

The Center hosts a variety of events, including First Friday Happy Hour receptions during the Lyric Opera season.
