This month, continuing the dialogue around art as activism, we’ll be joined by Jen Appell, local musician and curator of the Uptown Sirens Collective. She’ll discuss her various musical and artistic projects, including Redlined, a graphic novel focusing on the effects of redlining in Wyandotte County, KS. Come meet Jen and enjoy some coffee and, possibly, baked goods, 10-11am.
