2023 Theatre in the Park Temporary Art Installation

Theatre in the Park is located on 10 acres in the northeast corner of Shawnee Mission Park. JCPRD will commission a temporary public art project at the venue's entrance to add a fun, interactive, and magical component to this much-loved summer tradition.

APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED: 11/17/22 - 12/29/22

PROJECT DATES:

• February 2023: finalists present proposals
• March 2023: select / approve winning design
• April 2023: design finalization, fabrication
• May 2023: installation

PROJECT BUDGET: $10,000
