The Carter Art Center Gallery is located on the south end of the Metropolitan Community College- Penn Valley campus, facing 33rd street. Friends of the Carter Art Center members will have 4 hrs (1-5 p.m.) on Thursday March 28th to purchase student artworks for scholarship fundraising.
