ArtOberfest: Geography of Place Panel Discussion

This free panel discussion will feature artist Cynthia Daignault (whose work “Light Atlas”, Art Bridges, is displayed in the “This Land is My Land/Your Land” exhibition) in conversation with Rockhurst University professor of biology Chad Scholes, Ph.D. and Ward Lyles, Ph.D., University of Kansas assistant professor of urban planning.

The talk will explore the intersection of humans, the built environment and nature and invite us to consider ways we visually observe, call attention to and impact the landscape in our city and region to shape the future. This talk is presented in partnership with the Visiting Scholar Lecture Series.
