Kansas City native Aryana Nemati plays saxophone, flute and clarinet and performs regularly with reggae, ska, jazz, salsa, Motown, and funk bands, and records with many local artists.

Kansas City native Aryana Nemati plays saxophone, flute and clarinet. She began studying with local baritone saxophonist/composer Kerry Strayer, and received her bachelor's degree in Jazz Performance/Studio Music at the Conservatory of Music and Dance in 2014, and a master's degree in Jazz Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2017. She performs regularly with reggae, ska, jazz, salsa, Motown, and funk bands, and records with many local artists.
