A bit about and from Gayle: Painting is the artists’ creative and insightful representation of the world.
Constant exploration of new vistas and “playing” with media has allowed me to step through a wondrous door of creativity, possibilities and growth.
By primarily using palette knives with multiple layers of acrylic paint, gels and modeling paste, my Textural Acrylic paintings are full of depth. My goal is to create a world where the viewer can enter and be surrounded by color and
texture.
I now am further exploring the 3D capability of my paintings by literally expanding the “boundaries” beyond the edge of the canvas.
For over 40 years, I have had an established career as a watercolor and mural artist. My work has been included in and won awards at numerous exhibitions, gallery shows and juried art festivals. Works of art are in corporate and private collections around the world.
