About the poets:
Crystal Stone graduated from Allegheny College with a BA in English January 2015. She is an MFA candidate in Creative Writing and Environment at Iowa State University and gave a TEDx talk called “The Transformational Power of Poetry” in April 2018. She currently serves as poetry editor at Flyway: Journal of Environmental Writing. Her poetry has previously appeared or is forthcoming in Anomaly Literary Journal, Writers Resist, Drunk Monkeys, Coldnoon, Poets Reading the News, Jet Fuel Review, Southword Journal Online and others.
Charlotte Seley is a writer, editor, and poet originally from the Hudson Valley region of New York. Her first collection of poetry is The World is My Rival (Spuyten Duyvil, 2018) and her chapbook Die Young: Letters to Ke$ha (dancing girl press, 2019) is forthcoming. She received her MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief and Poetry Editor of Redivider. Currently, she resides in Kansas City where she works as an editor and serves on the board of The Writers Place.
