Music Director Bruce Sorrell will pair signature joyful Baroque and Classical repertoire with local composer Jean Belmont Ford’s beautiful Vocalise, featuring Grammy-award winning soloist Sarah Tannehill Anderson.

With dozens of collaborations, hundreds of soloists and now exciting guest conductors and young protégés, Kansas City Chamber Orchestra's 2018-19 season will bridge cultures, styles and centuries! The program will include: Johann Sebastian Bach - Suite No. 1 in C Major;
Franz Joseph Haydn - Symphony No. 7 in C Major "Le Midi" (Noon); Jean Belmont Ford – Vocalise, (Sarah Tannehill Anderson, soprano soloist); and Franz Joseph Haydn – Overture to “Lo Speziale”
