Perfect for bridal parties, team-building, and friends! This is a basic sewing class for those beginning to sew or wanting to reacquaint themselves with sewing. No experience required but sewing machine experience helpful. It is a BYOB class.
After a long week, unwind with friends, sip an adult beverage, and learn important skills!
Students will:
· Become a competent home sewist;
· Learn about fabric and fit;
· Make either a dress or shirt in one hour; and
· Learn basic repair skills such as: patching a hole/rip, sewing a button, and mending.
Basic fabric and sewing machines (industrial machines, sergers, coverstitch, and blindstitch) will be provided; students must provide their own sewing kit and fabric for sewing projects. A ... view more »
