A free recital presented by Conservatory professor Thomas Stein, tuba.

The UMKC Conservatory of Music and Dance proudly presents faculty recitals to the Kansas City community each semester, showcasing the breadth of talent our faculty brings to the arts.

A native of Michigan, Thomas Stein received the Bachelor of Music (with high distinction) and the Master of Music in tuba performance from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Prior to coming to Missouri, Stein taught at Central Michigan University, University of Colorado-Boulder, and the University of Southern
