Westwood Ensemble Orchestra Concert

Westwood Ensemble goes Bach to the Future!  The ensemble’s fifth season takes a musical journey from the 1600’s through contemporary works for orchestra.  Our final concert of the series features Impressions of the Future, with works by Aaron Copland and Maurice Ravel, as well as the world premiere of a composition by Kansas City composer and jazz musician Marcus Lewis.  Not familiar with Classical music?  No problem!  Our free concerts are shorter than typical symphony concerts, and include brief discussions of the music performed.  All ages and levels of musical knowledge are welcome!
