Boats are found throughout the exhibition Hew Locke: Here’s the Thing, and for the artist, boats symbolize themes such as travel, exploration, trade, migration, refugees, and tourism. Inspired by Hew Locke’s hanging boat installation, workshop participants will create their own piece of boat art. All materials provided. Space is limited.
