Born and raised near Cleveland, Ohio in a family of six. Left Cleveland the year the Cuyahoga River caught fire, and they couldn’t put it out for 3 days. Ran out of gas in Sarasota, Florida and put up roots. Married, two kids, wonderful husband. Now kids are grown, widowed, and I can concentrate on my art. Moved from Miami, Florida to be with my daughter and her family in Missouri. (Son is in Alaska.) I HAVE ALWAYS been a painter. Kids are grown with families of their own and I can concentrate on my art. Dining room is now a studio and I can daily concentrate on my craft.
