Annie Bolin

Annie Bolin is a portrait and editorial photographer based in Kansas City, Missouri.

After renting a DSLR for a visual storytelling class in college, Annie found that photography fulfilled her lifelong inclination to create. Over time, she has found a home for her artistic expression in both digital and film photography. As an introvert, she finds photography to be the perfect medium for conveying her love for people and the world around her.

She earned her BA in journalism and photography from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2020. She was a finalist for Best Artistic Photographer in The Pitch’s Best of KC 2021, and her work has been exhibited internationally and featured in five publications, notably Vogue Italia’s PhotoVogue, Mob Journal, and Local Wolves.
